Birkkala Cappelli

Organic pasta made with Birkkala organic spelt is firm in texture and rich in flavour. It is suitable for use in all pasta dishes and oven bakes. Spelt pasta is quick to make, as it takes just 3-4 minutes to cook. Add the pasta to boiling water seasoned with salt. You can add a touch of oil to the water if you like.
